Poll: Bed time for your birds
Birds need about 10-12 hours of sleep each night (so do I). After a day of work is when we have the most time to spend with our birds, so they don’t go to bed extremely early. What time do you birds get tucked in at night?

My husband and I go to bed early but we are up by 4am so are our birds..that is when they get to come out of there cage for social time and exercise time.They need 12hrs of sleep so I cover them up then so they can have a good night and not feel to tired to come out in the morning.We have dogs,so they have to come out then while our dogs are sleeping.
