Ozzi

Ozzi is a White Bellied Caique born in 2006 and we were able to hand feed him as a baby.

Like all Caiques, Ozzi is quite the character and is always looking for something to do. His favorite things to do: sit on the window sill and look outside, get a head rub or rubbing his head on an unshaven face, or hair surfing. Ozzi is always ready to step up to new people and test out how far they will let him go with getting in their hair – especially women.

Ozzi knows only a few words: “Step Up”, “Ozzi”, “Hi Baby”, and his favorite being “What?” said with lots of conviction. Ozzi is an expert whistler though and likes hearing new ones. Unfortunately his favorite whistle is mimicking the beep of a large truck when it goes in reverse.
