We want to provide excellent customer service, so please let us know what we can do to help. If you have any questions about your order, login to your account and place a comment with the respective order. We will do everything we can to respond to you the same day. Please don't hesitate to contact us about your order.
Making an Order
To make an order, add items to your cart. At checkout, you may submit payment via credit card or PayPal. All prices are in US Dollars.
Shipping Information
We use UPS to ship all our products and are shipped from zip code 27541 (Raleigh, NC).
- Flat rate ground shipping of $5.95 on all orders*
We don't want to surprise you with hidden shipping charges, so we've made it nice and simple. If you want expedited shipping, those options are still available at additional cost. Valid only within continental US. - Canadian flat rate shipping of only $15 USD*
For all orders going to Canada, we also provide flat rate shipping. Please note that you will be responsible for any costs for shipping across the US/Canada border should they occur.
We currently only ship to the United States and Canada.
* Please note that heavy items, typically food/cages, will incur a "heavy item" surcharge. This is indicated on the respective product page.

Tracking Order
Once we have shipped your order, we will provide you a tracking number you can use to track your order at www.ups.com.
Items Out of Stock
In general, all items in our store should be in stock. If an item does happen to be out of stock, we will contact you immediately to give you the option of a) receiving a refund for the price of the item or b) have the item shipped to you when it is in stock.
Order Change Fees
Should you need to change your order after checking out in our online store, orders are subject to the following fees:
- Orders cancelled after checkout and before items are shipped are subject to a 5% of the order total processing fee
- Shipping address that is changed after the order is shipped and not yet received is subject to a $15 fee
Discount Coupons
We provide discount coupon codess offering various promotions which can be entered while viewing the items in your shopping cart. Please note that only one coupon code may be used for each order.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept most items returned within 14 days and issue a full refund of the product cost minus a 15% re-stocking fee. The shipping charges will only be refunded if we made an error on your order or due to a faulty product.
Please note that a re-stocking fee of 15% will be charged on any item that is returned that is not damaged, defective, broken, etc. Also, please note that any item(s) returned that are non-defective, broken, etc. that are returned when they were purchased with free shipping will have the original shipping (that would have been charged) deducted from the refunded amount.
We will pay the return shipping costs if an item is being returned due to our error or a faulty product and we will pay the shipping back to you in this case if you want an item in exchange. If you are missing an item or received the incorrect item, please let us know immediately upon receipt of your order.
Please note: Bird toys, cages, playgyms, carriers, open food items, and anything that has come into contact with birds are not refundable or returnable. Please contact us with any questions prior to purchase. This policy may seem strict, but it is designed to protect the health and safety of all our customers birds...and ours too!
Return Procedure
If you feel you need to return products, you must first login to your account and add a new note to the order for the item which is being returned. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days after receiving your order.
You can then send the merchandise back to us via UPS. All products will need to be in their original, unused condition including all boxes and accessories. Please include a copy of your invoice with the return. Refunds are issued based on your form of payment.
Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery so we may investigate the matter further. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage claims made after expiration of the shipping carriers’ period of liability.
Missing Items
We take every effort to ensure order accuracy, but sometimes mistakes are made. If an item(s) are missing from your order, you must report this to us within 72 hours of receiving your order.
